Average Academically Performing Senior. Please Help!

Hey guys, relatively new to WSO and have just been hovering for a couple of months. I am currently a senior in SoCal with average high school stats but am really looking to work hard and be academically centered in college. Just for context, I currently have a 3.5 UW GPA and 4.0 W GPA, 1390 SAT, passed all APs, and completed a 30+ page research paper on leadership in biopharma environment (interviewed VPs and directors at various firms). Have decent national awards / international volunteering / ecs blah blah blah.

High school, for the most part, has been a breeze, just never put in 100% effort at no fault but my own. I'm looking to major in finance or econ, with more interest specifically in fintech. I'm having a difficult time deciding which school I should apply Early Decision to, as all the schools with Fintech Majors are all far out of reach stats-wise, and I can't find any other college that has really convinced me to commit. So far I've narrowed it down to (in no specific order): USC, UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, Pepperdine, UVA, UMich IU, Fordham, Lehigh, Babson, and UIUC. I realize my stats are relatively low for USC, UCLA, UVA and UMich, but those would be the most convincing ones to ED to.

The only criteria I'd be looking for in a school is a lively student body as I am very extroverted. If I could get any general advice on choosing schools or schools specifically, it would be greatly appreciated!
