What time of day or day of the week has the most traffic on WSO? If I had an awesome post (like I'm announcing I found out that Brady, Swaggon, and Bankerella are the same person), I don't want to waste it on a time nobody is watching.
Alternatively, what are the slowest days or times?
Some kind of analysis on how and why posts pick up steam (a la "Tipping Point" by Gladwell) would also be interesting.
I should get at least one SB for the mere suggestion of the trinity of swagger.

dead on...M-T-W afternoon and evenings highest, saturday lowest, but all days see same pattern of dramatic dip at ~1am -6am est followed by steady climb back up to ~1pm est

The image below is probably skewed as right now its including July 4th holiday and I'm just assuming that the demarcation line for a day is equal to midnight and that higher the line goes means more traffic, but if true then looks like SirTrades is correct, traffic peaks on weekday evenings and declines into the weekend but starts to increase on Sunday heading into the week. Sites like Alexa and Quantcast let you see this.
This is awesome. I should have thought of that. I think the data points on this chart are daily summaries, though; there's no info on what' going on throughout the day.
