I claimed it and then got a message a few days later saying I hadn't yet. Thinking it had something to do with only claiming it through one of the two messages saying I got it. I didn't want to answer both because I wasn't sure if I'd get two then. My worry is that I won't recieve it in time of the conference to be able to have it signed by the WSO team.
