INSEAD MBA - Senior manager at the TS department

I am currently a senior manager in the TS department and I am doing really well. I have a prior experience in statutory audit. Currently, I am 30, and I am considering going to INSEAD, however, I have doubts that in such an economic situation, it would be hard for me to get into the job market easily. I am planning to rejoin a BIG4 but with a different perspective after completing the INSEAD MBA. Do you think I should go for it or I INSEAD is worth it? I don't see many BIG4 people doing MBAs, and that's what is panicing me .

Hi Sams,

In your position, I'd use the INSEAD to upgrade to MBB (don't take that the wrong way, no offense is intended). "The formula works", so to speak, and INSEAD is one of the top feeders globally.

Are you based in Europe or Asia? Where do you want to work? A friend of mine with a cushy job at a big F500 described the INSEAD MBA as "non-controversial" as for MBAs go - no one will ever question why you did it, though financing is definitely something you have to figure out, because on an annual basis, it's the most expensive one around.

The truth is you're the weak. And I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be the shepherd.

Thanks a lot jtbbdxbnycmad and Nikitan for your input,

jtbbdxbnycmad , I am situated in the Middle East, and I have an extensive experience in doings Due Diligences, Valuations, Market Research, and Working Capital Management. My record shows an excellent track of promotions. Do you believe that this , when combined with INSEAD MBA , enables me to join MBB? I beleive that Booz used to do Due Diligences?

I pursue to work in Asia/Middle East/Africa or Europe- so I guess INSEAD is the right place to go to.

Your insight is highly appreciated
