Is there a way to scrape every comment from a single user?

There is a user on this site that has posted many times 1,000+ and I would love to just download all of their comments into an excel or anything really so I could read without having to select 10 at a time, etc.

Does anyone know how I could best achieve this? Do I pay for a web scraper from India? My programming ability now is pretty weak compared to when I was in undergrad.

Thanks - if anyone gives good advice, I'm happy to pay a small sum (to be clear I'm not soliciting anyone for the job, just want to know if any of you all have an idea of how I could do this)

Thanks

The Zuck could do this easily. I’m willing to bet if you connect with a freelance developer that he/she could do it for a couple hundred bucks if you’re so interested.
