Have had a few people from WSO PM me and talked to them on the phone and they all seemed more competent than the general population I tend to hire from. Would love to see a job posting sub forum type thing posted here as I think it would add tremendous value to the community. Plus I'm sure posters here working for smaller firms that need help with their hiring would benefit from it too.
