Products or database features relating to Corporate Governance, Shareholder Activism, Activism Advisory, etc.

I provide research support to all my firm's industry groups, IB, trading, restructuring, activism, infrastructure, real estate, private clients, etc. We have a wide range of products and databases that address transaction data, industry-level research, equity research and such, but I'm always on the look-out to flesh out our activism-centric items as I'm regularly asked to evaluate possible additions of products to our services.

Capital IQ has a Corporate Governance tab, we have Factset's SharkRepellent along with Factset also offering additional activism items. We have ISS and MSCI for governance metrics and proxy data items, plus ISS does a handy monthly 'contentious pipeline' report that gives you a head's up about deals that might face more regulatory scrutiny and/or that have an activist shareholder. We have Activist Insight and TheDeal. Thomson is now offering an Activism Scorecard, similar to their Legal and Financial Advisor league tables.

I'm always curious to hear what other sources are getting utilized and are considered worthy of their price tags. I'd enjoy hearing about any product you are fond of and why as well as any mentions of products that you don't like and why.
