Site Suggestions

First off, I'd like to commend the creators of this website. I thoroughly enjoy these forums and the wealth of knowledge shared by its registered users. There are, however, a few suggestions I would like to make, which by no means or measure have to be implemented, I am merely here to state my humble opinion in hopes of making this site more efficient.

First, I would have you know that I am not familiar with forums and how they work, so I cannot recommend any specific alternative to the one that is currently in place. Even so, I feel the message system on the boards where users reply to posts within threads could be improved. When users reply repeatedly reply to posts the boxes move further and further to the right, making the posts difficult to read, especially in the case of long posts. I don't know if there are any settings with which this can be changed on a users control panel (I have not seen any), but a different message posting system where users can simply quote others' posts would be more efficient in my opinion.

Also, I would like to suggest a new forum (or space within an existing forum, like a sticky within the general discussion forum) where users can introduce themselves and their backgrounds in the industry. Thats all I have for now, I will post more as I think of them. Thanks for the great site!
