So, everyone seems to think the US is fucked.
What country would be an acceptable alternative if everything the forums seem to think is true comes to fruition, and the U.S. becomes a European-style welfare state.

North Korea seems like a good second alternative
Cambodia is a libertarian paradise.
Haha, have you actually been to Europe? It's awesome. But yeah I think if you want a free-market libertarian paradise there are some options. In South Africa there are more private security guards then there are military or police, that sounds pretty Rand-ian, I like that, high GINI coefficient too. Then you have Brazil right up there in terms of GINI, you can live in a high-rise condo with an electrified fence next to a shanty-town favela. If that's too soft I'd like to echo the Cambodia suggestion.
I have been to London and that was pretty sweet. I was thinking of a Greece style mismatch of entitlements to debt and tax revenue caused by liberal misunderstanding of the ramifications of their actions.
