I appreciate the quick reply to my first post. However, I couldn't comment on my thread about not being able to comment. (oh, the irony)
I didn't write anything inappropriate or provide any crap link. I haven't been able to infuse my bullshit opinions on threads for days, it's killing me! I didn't want to create another thread and clog up real content, but I wanted Patrick to be aware of the issue. Let me know what's going on.
PS - Props to Eddie and WSO for the Dealbook story! It definitely has that vibe of a small movement that grows to something larger than life, all behind the mask of an anonymous blogger!

Typing swears is unnecessary -- all you need to do is swear out loud as you type.
Why not do both?
so the spam filter seems to have eliminated 90+% of the spam.
One of our users, however, is now having trouble posting from work -- the spam filter keeps triggering for some reason.
Anyone else having this problem?

What exactly is the filter supposed to be blocking? What's the crriteria - which type of words does it look for?

I've had trouble with a number of my posts (a couple that I spent bout an hour, grrr), the spam filter is killing me. Hopefully its doin more good than bad though
