I've heard about great cultures at both offices. I know several people in the Atlanta office, as well as a couple in LA, and they all love their offices and work. The regional staffing seems to be a big plus among practitioners. The Atlanta office has foosball tables/tournaments and a mini basketball hoop.
Thanks! I need to choose one of the two for my interview tomorrow, but having trouble deciding. I'd prefer LA a bit more, but it also seems more competitive due to office size.
bain does have a bigger LA office than BCG / McK, relative to the firm sizes
