Why is the WSO Instagram so bad

Why is the quality of the WSO Instagram so horrible? All they post are bad memes, screenshots of this app, and 5 minute long videos of some random person talking on a webcam.

Emphasis on those videos - it’s literally 5 random minutes of someone talking to someone else over teams or something.

They should really invest in a social media employee. If this is actually their current social media employee’s work, then that is a crime. Their social media engagement is horrible and it’s obvious why

I wish they automated posting screenshots of posts on here instead of manually filtering them, that way I would make it on the Instagram more often. I still manage to get through once in a while though (when the stupid social media intern doesn't get the sarcastic/counterproductive undertone in my posts)
