WSO App not working
Never being able to access notifications/messages on the app (have tried refreshing and redownloading). Specifically I never see message notifications that are visible and accessible on computer; for PMs I see a notification but can never access / shows no messages available for both.
Based on previous WSO threads, it seems there are some known issues with the WSO mobile app. Here are a few points that might help:
Notification Issues: Users have reported problems with accessing notifications and messages on the app. This includes seeing notifications for private messages (PMs) but being unable to access them.
Refreshing and Redownloading: While refreshing and redownloading the app are common troubleshooting steps, they may not resolve the issue if it's a bug within the app itself.
Known Bugs: The WSO team is aware of various issues and is working on improvements. For example, the search function and link handling within the app have been highlighted as areas needing significant improvement.
For now, you might want to use the desktop version for accessing notifications and messages until these issues are resolved in future app updates. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to WSO support for further assistance.
