WSO - Platform or Publisher?

If WSO continuously censors comments, it is acting as a publisher rather than a platform. That should make WSO liable for any content on the site that has not been censored. In other words, WSO liberally censors comments, so any comment that is up on the site has been implicitly approved by WSO

This is the same issue that many big tech firms are facing as it relates to section 230 of the communication decency act. 
 

WSO should either: 1) continue censoring and enjoy the consequences of being a publisher or 2) stop censoring and be a platform which it obviously is.
