Standard base for analysts + bonus based on team performance/what your PM feels like. You don’t get credit for the 2+2 in your pay unless it generates pnl
Typically $150 base and first year guarantees can range anywhere from $150-350 from what I’ve see
When you say first year guarantees do you mean all-in comp or is that 150-350 just bonus on top of the 150 base?

Are they still at $150 base? Feels like they were there 4 years ago which would be like $180 today. Not that it matters much.
Thts the last offer I got from them. It was 1-2 years ago
Bases probably closer to 175k now but obviously all depends on team / strategy - for bonus it’s all based on performance
I've (usually) seen $450-550k all-in Y1. This is no different than what you'd see Y1-2 at a single manager
I've also seen pod Y2 $400k (-100k) or Y2 $1M (+500k).
