Am i getting played?
Got an offer from a MM to do macro trading. They only matched my base salary and deferred but have no guarantees and/or sign on bonus. Is this the norm nowadays for big multi strat funds?

Sometimes this happens when they think they’re doing you a favour by giving you the job and opening the door for you to join the buyside.
I think it’s harder to get a guarantee as a trader.
