This Midtown-based $3 billion fund invests in distressed situations taking an active role in restructuring processes. The fund has been exceptionally successful in performance and growth in assets.
York Capital Management?
I doubt it is York, they have $3.5bn in just equities, and while they do a lot of special situations work, I don't think they are known for being active in the restructuring process. Unfortunately, I can't offer much more beyond this.
