Any info on ExodusPoint?

Know they are still a relatively new fund spun out from millenium with multi-strat/pods. Was wondering what culture/pay/performance has been in general for the fund. From what i know comp is 100% cash with no deferred

With these top tier MMs, it depends heavily on the team. The team is just so much more important than the firm.
