Transitioning from sellside to a SM. Covered an adjacent industrial sector at my bank (think Industrial tech, airlines, multis, etc) and core coverage will be strictly A&D at new shop. Any tips to ramp in the sector or any primers/ resources for A&D? Greatly appreciate it.
