Anyone used headhunter Tyler Capital Group?
Claim to offer access to many top HFs, but do charge the candidate an up front fee. Anyone have any first hand knowledge of this firm, or more color on their reputation?
Any headhunter that charges the candidate is bullshit, up front or otherwise. Legit headhunters usually charge firms a % of salary for placements.

My opinion as well, though the fee ($100) is basically irrelevant unless it is indicative of some more meaningful problem or inferiority...

I've never heard of a HH charging since they receive a % of your first year salary. That's how they get paid. I've never heard of them, but I'm not in IB either.
