Any headhunter that charges the candidate is bullshit, up front or otherwise. Legit headhunters usually charge firms a % of salary for placements.

I've never heard of a HH charging since they receive a % of your first year salary. That's how they get paid. I've never heard of them, but I'm not in IB either.
