Fluctuating AUM and lackluster performance. Operates like an old money shop - stuffy culture-wise and way too political for my taste. They have some heavy hitting LPs which Marc flys out to Bucks games to coax to re-up.
Any more color on stuffy culture / day to day analyst life?
