Base salary for MM PM in London
What would roughly be the current market rate for the base salary for PMs at the large multi managers (Millennium, Point72, Exoduspoint, BAM, Citadel, etc.) In London? I don't mean super senior PMs, more like the first standalone PM position after having worked as a sub PM, senior analyst or trader at other places.
I know, nobody takes these jobs for the base since it is all about the upside from the PnL cut, but curious to see what's normal here.
