Best College Major for MM HF Out of Undergrad?
I am attending a top target currently planning on majoring in Econ. Would that be enough to give me a shot at these firms or do I need to also major or minor in math or statistics? Looking at Linkedin, I see many people from my school who went to Citadel, P72, ect. majored in Econ and Math or Econ and Statistics even if they aren’t doing quant at these firms. I enjoy math but don’t want to force myself to do extra work if I don’t have to.
