Best hedge fund recruiters 2024
Most of the posts on WSO are pretty old at this point so just wanted to see what are the best headhunters for hedge funds specifically? Feels like SearchOne and Dynamics still very good but wasn't sure who else gets mandates from the higher quality funds

What HH do the ultra selective SM / activists use, since they hire so infrequently - do they even use one? Thinking Pershing, Third Point, Lone Pine, Coatue, D1, Viking etc
I've heard Odyssey running searches for Coatue and Third Point, though both credit oriented roles.
Pershing so elite the only way you can get hired is to teach Bill Ackman a sport
Yeah like actually how the fuck do you get a job at a place as elite as Pershing - doesn’t look like they have any nepotism going on, just some straight killers
