Best way to move IB to HF
I see very far and few job postings online/LinkedIn. Besides the Citadel/Point72 that are “always hiring” what is the best way to find analyst opportunities?

OP will pitch big industry TAM with a strong historic EBITDA margin and cheap comps in his interviews.
