biotech alpha

I am college student doing work for an investment firm and have been placed on the biotech team, I was curious if anyone could point me to a high-quality stock pitch example for a pre-revenue biotech firm. I am trying to learn what the standard looks like for alpha generation surrounding a ph3 data readout.

Any tickers for a good VIC, sumzero, substack article, or podcast would be perfect.
