Hi Macaco,

I personally don’t have experience with BW but friends of mine do. Understand culture there is very important and be ready to discuss your weaknesses and don’t make any assumptions in answering questions. Anytime your asked a question start from the goal level and work down. (Surprise a global macro firm believes in addressing problems top down.)

Other point, understand you won’t be building or thinking about investment logic. You’ll be told what the logic is and you’ll program it. I don’t know your seniority or experience but it will take time before you deal with actual alpha generation related projects.
