No insight, but probably safe to say its the same as everywhere.... 150k-200k base, and then ???? depending on performance?
But I guess your question is how does PnL get distributed at the firm?
No window into comp but analysts have tracker portfolios. I assume that those who aren’t running risk have their comp/career progression tied to their tracking ports
