Capital Group Equity Research Associate?
Anyone have more info about this program (not TAP or intern, experienced associate role)? Understand they support analyst and PMs, and there is rarely if ever direct promote to analyst but wondering overall if it’s a good role? If long term goal is hedge fund, would this or PE first be a better route?
