Career wisdom for fresh grads

Hi guys,

I am a recent grad starting my full-time career in the MM world this year.

Since I could not find a thread on this, I wanted to ask whether some of the more senior people on this forum have more general advice on how to approach work (e.g. should you keep a clear distinction between personal and work, how not to burn out, personal finance, how to build good relationships/reputation inside the firm, which things to avoid etc.).

Really anything that comes to mind you wish you knew before starting.

Thank you!

The main reason for asking this is because i feel like it hasn‘t been covered much, not because I think those are the most important questions
