Caxton associates
Does anyone here know something about Caxton associates? In particular, I'm interested in recent performance, culture and opportunities for potential PMs. Is it more like a tier 2 or tier 3 shop for macro RV? Do they offer formulaic payouts and, if so, are they in line with the big 4 MMs ?
I found some articles about some years with very strong but also very poor performance.
Did pretty bad in 2023 from mistiming Fed rates peaking, ended up being down in H1 2023 by 25% as a result.
Hi, may I ask which are considered the big four MMs? Citadel, MLP and what's the other two?
