Caxton vs Eisler
I am currently deciding between Caxton and Eisler for a Macro RV trading role. Does anyone here have some intel on these firms and maybe advice which is the better place to join? There are quite a few articles about Eisler, but I cannot really get that much info on Caxton. From what I see, Caxton performance is more volatile with some amazing years and some not great ones, but capital base seems sticky, so may be not bad for stability?
Thanks.
Would take Caxton
Could you explain why pls?
Eisler if you don't want a bonus
Why is that? Payouts seem to be competitive from what I've heard. Or you mean because they fire much quicker than others ?
He’s prob referencing the clawback
