What is the expected comp in the CAP Program and then the first full year after? I think these are very different jobs, if you feel strongly about what you’ll be doing at Citadel you should do that. If you are just looking for a job in finance so you can have some time to figure it out and potentially recruit again, then do banking.
Top EB/BB. Imo better to gain experience in IB, then switch to an investor role once you have the finance fundamentals dialed and have adjusted to corporate life
Depends entirely on whether u feel committed to working at HF long-term. IB preserves optionality, but no doubt Citadel will set you up to work in HFs for rest of ur life, if that's what u want

Citadel. There’s no point in doing banking unless you want to do PE or corp exit. Comps is much better with better benefits at citadel too.
