I spoke with a headhunter today about this position in Chicago, and it seems like we have an old thread about Citadel on here but I could not gather much information from that thread. The headhunter could not provide me much more details about the position so I cannot do my due diligence about the role and the career trajectory.
If you or your friends know about the Chicago office, their culture, and the work entailed, please share with me. I appreciate your help!
