Citadel full time (FT equities - associate program)
Applied and took the online tests. But I have no idea how to prep and what information to study. Knowledge of HFs and investment management is limited, all I’ve know is investment banking (summer analyst rn) but I’ve realized that I don’t want to work in banking for the next two years. Can anyone shed some light on what I should do to prepare myself for interviews? Appreciate it
Also in IB this summer, how hard was the modeling test if you’re at a good bank?
It’s pretty basic stuff. Im probably the worst at modeling among the interns (keep in mind I’m in a coverage group where models are more complex) but it’s nothing to worry about regardless of what group ur in.
