Hi everyone, i’m a first year banking analyst at a fig group and did the citadel modeling test and was invited to the next round. What can I Expect in those interviews? I have never done a stock pitch so any help would be really appreciated.

Good on passing the modeling test - that's the hardest part.
The next round will be stock pitches + more technical questions. They'll want a long and short idea, probably one being a FIG name, since that's your background.
For stock pitches:
They'll grill you on technicals too - bank modeling, credit analysis, regulatory stuff since you're FIG.

Not bad, it was pretty chill. met with the recruiter and she asked a bunch of behavioral questions (why Citadel, why public markets, what makes a good stock pic etc.) But after that call, if the recruiter likes your profile, they’ll send your resume to the specific pods and they will contact you individually. I haven’t got any outreach from pods but assume it’ll be at random times
