Citadel Investment Associate Pay?
What is the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year pay look for this role? For my first year (which is really just 6 months) I am getting 150K base + 100% bonus pro-rated. Curious to see how your numbers look and what the progression is like. Thanks.
Is your first year comp guaranteed?
It varies depending on your previous experience. They hire out of 2+2 all the time and those hires get guaranteed comp that matches or exceeds Senior Associates pay at UMM / MF PE funds. If you’re hiring out of banking, it’s a different story.
