Citadel moving to Miami

Thoughts? Griffin went hard and spent $50mil to elect his preferred IL governor, but he's looking unlikely to even win the Republican primary.

Even now that the pandemic is pretty much over, seems like more firms are still moving to Miami.

Is he even still involved in the day-to-day investing at Citadel? I get he has a ton of his own money to invest but given how much he's in the news for other stuff it's hard to imagine he's that involved in the actual investing. Seems like he's gone the Bezos route of starting to just spend a lot more

Couple random stories. For fun, in case anyone thinks the man is sane.

First off there is a protocol when you meet with Ken, you are asked to follow a format. Ken has been known to fire people basically who lack knowledge of detail of a strategy they are orally presenting. Ken hardly ever does not know the large movements going on, so often when things go awry he essentially takes over the position, since he knows he can outlast the market better than anyone.

Ken is known to challenge his team on the latest going on in their industries at times. He expects that you just not perform today but have a plan to perform next year and next year.

I repeat the man is very very involved.
