Citadel recruitment

Hi,

Does anyone here have experience with how recruitment for experienced hires works at citadel? If I look at their website I only find a few open roles, which they constantly have, but that's mostly for their commodities , quant and some of the equity divisions. Basically nothing on global fixed income for example and no openings for pm positions, though I'm sure they are constantly looking for PMs. That's very different for Point72 or Millennium for example where you can find tons of openings, including for PM and trader positions on their website. Does citadel only recruit via headhunters? What is the best way to get in touch with them for potential opportunities?
