Does anyone have insight on what compensation is like for (1st, 2nd year, etc) analyst at viking hedge funds?

Could you shed light on some estimates?
No one knows. It’s super selective and people don’t really leave. A lot come from MF PE associate background which is $300-350k so think that and more (could be much much more)
Super variable but I have heard some analysts have made 7 figures and partners/pms making 8 figures. Again it’s too variable to determine. But much higher than MF PE at any level.
