Compensation of one-man Quant in a OTC Hedge fund

I'm the only quant in a hedge fund trading OTC products. I provide analysis, tools and insights to the trader, who has over 10 years of practical experience, and makes the trade partially relying on my analyses.

I'm a quant having a PhD from a top school with experience in both Silicon Valley and Wall Street. I'm wondering what should the right expectation be, say, we achieve a 20% performance for a 400M fund managed by a team of 3 people.

My relationship with PM is good, but not on a level of brotherhood yet.
