Dataroom materials for IPO investors - PE level information or public markets level information?
Hi guys, quick question. Do IPO investors get only information that is equivalent to what you get as a public markets investor, or is it like a pre-IPO round where you get a full data room of things (private equity level detail) that do not necessarily get released to public markets? Thank you!
