Has anyone done interviews with DE Shaw for London office? I went through telephone interview and also a "superday".
Have yet to hear from them yet. Any updates from anyone?

I've got an interview with DE Shaw coming up, for a global macro position in London. Just wondering if you had any tips regarding what they're usually looking for, the interview format,...
I'm currently a junior trader at Goldman in fixed income, so well versed in macro stuff but by no means an expert.
I'm also keen to understand how they're structured

when you say you are junior how junior are we talking, and what level position is this for? That will generally determine what kind of interview process there is. Very small group in London from what I hear.
