DE Shaw Generalist and Rotational Associate Program?
Are these positions mostly back office? Generalist seems so but rotational associates description is pretty vague.

Current intern at the firm - generalist is back office but the projects are all surprisingly interesting. Rotational is very dependent on your luck - some people rotate through both back office and front office positions until they find one that they want to end up in. The rotations are all based off of what group needs more hands on deck, so depending on the time, you could get unlucky with more back office roles in the rotation or vice versa.
