DE Shaw Ops vs MBB
I'm interviewing for ops/corp dev internship at DE Shaw and am wondering how it compares to MBB BA/AC/A in terms of exit opps. My long term goal is to get into PE. People are saying I'm crazy for going for HF ops over MBB but the generalist and corp dev teams at DE Shaw appear to be composed purely of graduates from top schools, and the culture seems fascinating. Does anyone have experience with these teams? What do the exits look like?
