Distressed debt / special sits / direct lending working hours ?

Looking to move from restructuring team to special sits / distressed debt fund - will the hours be better? I’ve heard earlier start ie 7am ish but earlier finish like 8.30 - is that pretty accurate?? Is weekend work common and is the work predictable, I.e not like in investment banking where you can get a client request on a Sunday and have to drop everything to do it. Overall what is the work life balance like vs restructuring and versus IB at a BB IB.
