Do I have a chance

Hello everyone I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this but I have a question. I graduated from Penn State with a bachelors in finance and am currently going to school to get my masters in finance from Liberty and will be going to school again once that degree is completed at Arizona University to get my MBA. I currently work at Fedex Ground as a manager because I needed a job and was struggling to break into the field with just my bachelors, plus they're tuition reimbursement basically allows me to get these degrees for free. So my question will getting these degrees give me a chance at a hedge fund job or am I wasting my time?
