Entrepreneurial Finance
Very interested in finance from a theoretical, academic perspective. I know hedge funds constantly operate like this, finding new ways to approach the market and codifying them into their investment decisions. As an undergraduate who isn’t sweaty enough to do that straight out of college, though, are there other roles in the financial services industry that depend on research and not just taking shit from the well-defined processes like in IB?
