try searching "@everestcapital.com" in google then if you find one, use that format
if you want to try and guess use:
www.verify-email.org
It allows you to check if an email address exists.
I posted verify-email a few hour ago. It only works for certain domains, and everest is not one of them - it will spit back anything you give it as valid. Also, the website they use for email is actually evcap.com, per their fund releases.
The formats I've tried and had bounced back are:
