Exit ops for research shop analyst - Possible to get into IB or consulting?
Hi guys just curious about companies such as The Economist Intelligence Unit, Business Monitor International, ISI and other proprietary research firms.
Jobs in companies such as this prepare you for what kind of careers? What would be potential exit ops in this, assuming you handle a specific industry (forecast commodity prices, know the industry, understand political outlook,basically everything except company analysis) Is it possible to get into a hedge fund here?
